Our detailed reports provide valuable information on a wide range of areas in your home or future home. Reports include many photos with detailed descriptions of areas of concern or items requiring attention. This 70-page sample report is very typical of what we will provide to you after your home inspection.
Thermalimaging or Infrared inspection can provide valuable information regarding moisture, energy loss, electrical overloads, and even wood-destroying organisms in homes and buildings.
These images of the same circuit breaker with normal and thermalimaging cameras show the heat emanating from the circuits which have a load.
The infrared image on the left shows an outside Central Air Conditioning unit while it's running. The thermalgraphic image confirms that there are no leaks.
In the image on the right, a dryer vent seal is inspected to determine if the unit is venting properly, or if the fan is exhausting into the house.
