I recently had a home inspection done on a property my family is considering purchasing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of Hamlet Home Inspections service.

The inspector, Wilfred, arrived on time and immediately got to work. The inspection covered every aspect of the house, from the foundation and roof to the plumbing and electrical systems. I was impressed with how detailed the inspection was; nothing was overlooked. Wilfred provided clear explanations about the current condition of each component, along with any areas that might need attention or could become issues in the future.

What stood out to me the most was how the inspector took the time to walk me through the findings, answer my questions, and give me realistic advice about what repairs were necessary and which were merely cosmetic. My overall experience using Hamlet Home Inspections was great. From the beginning Wilfred Hamlet, was very accommodating with the day and time that I needed an appointment. Then on the day of the actual inspection, he was punctual. He was the first to arrive. During the inspection, Mr. Hamlet was very professional. He informed me of the process and answered any questions. He also used current technology tools to provide accurate information. When the inspection was completed, I was told when I would receive the report and I received the report the same day.

Mr Hamlet was very professional.  He was thorough and found a number of issues, outside and inside of my home, that would have caused problems in the future. His services were worth every penny.
